Upon enrollment it will be necessary to provide the following:

• Completed enrollment forms below

• Signed preschool contract

• Up to date copy of child’s immunization records

• Enrollment fee of $100

• First month’s tuition

California law requires that childhood immunizations are up to date and all required forms must be signed and returned before your child may attend. ​
